Cornwall is one of my favourite counties here in the UK. A place that feels a million miles from the rest of the country and in the warm summer months you feel as though you truly could be on a mediterranean island, somewhere far away from England. Whenever we visit this wonderful county we always stay in Airbnbs and I have acquired the best airbnb Cornwall list I could muster. We have found this especially useful since having Heidi so that we could have a separate room for her so she could get an uninterrupted nights sleep and we would always have a kitchen on hand should we decide to cook our evening meals.
When it comes to finding an Airbnb in Cornwall the selection is fantastic! You can book yourself a woodland retreat or you can find yourself a cosy little cottage overlooking one of Cornwalls quaint little village harbours. I think it is the perfect way to immerse yourself into Cornish life and there are options for all manner of tastes and budgets.
Here’s my pick of the best Airbnb in Cornwall. Please also see my guide to the most beautiful villages to visit in Corwall to give you some inspiration on places to visit during your stay.

It’s surrounded by woods, gardens and an ancient orchard, making this quaint cottage the ultimate seclusion away from the world. This charming cottage has been newly renovated and has traditional comforts, including a large granite fireplace. Bring the whole family, even the dog! They’ll love exploring the 120 acres of surrounding farmland. I think this has to be one of the sweetest Airbnb Cornwall cottages available.
Airbnb Listing: Cornish Cottage With Garden, Woodland And Lake
Price: From £105 per night
Sleeps: 5 people

What guests say: “The farm is a little piece of heaven and the cottage is absolutely gorgeous. We had spent 5 days of peace, comfort and joy in the middle of woodland and meadows, hidden from the traffic and hectic city life. The cottage is fully fitted to provide everything you need, apart from food you can buy in the nearest town called Helston. Polly, Mandy and David were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. The farm is very close to some iconic fisher villages, towns and landscapes. The weather can be a bit tricky due to Cornwall’s geographical exposure to the sea, so do not rely on the weather forecast and make sure you bring warm clothing and shoes (in case it’s raining). We would definitely like to come back!”
Carnacalla Cottage – Best Airbnb Cornwall England For Big Groups
For Airbnb in Cornwall, this cottage is slightly on the larger size. This place is perfect for a large family vacation or a group of friends – so don’t be put off by the price! When divided up per person it is very reasonable. Carnacalla Cottage was formally owned by the National Trust and is located in Sennen – England’s most westerly village. Sennen Cove, one of my favourite beaches in Cornwall is just a short 10 minute walk away as is Land’s End. Just a short drive away you will find another of my favourite beaches, Porthcurnow and the Minack Theatre. There really is an abundance of spectacular places to visit in this area. This corner of Cornwall is a paradise for Surfers, Swimmers, Walkers, Cyclists, Nature & Art lovers.
The six bedroom cottage is full of character & innovative twists. It celebrates the natural age and charm of the building combining original fittings with unexpected interiors and vintage furniture.

Price: From £493 per night
Sleeps: 12 people, 6 bedrooms

What guests say: “This is an absolutely beautiful home in a stunning location. The house is incredible, every feature seems bespoke and a lot of thought has gone into each and every part. We stayed as a group of 12 adults and 2 under 2’s and it was perfect. The rooms are beautiful and there are large spaces for entertainment and eating as a large group. The house is right by a footpath which takes you into sennen where you can then join the coastal path. There is a cost cutter across the road which is really convenient for any items you may have forgotten. Polly communicated with me really well and offered lots of tips and information about the house and local area. Thanks again, we absolutely loved our stay.”

What guests say: “Beautiful Swedish inspired lodge overlooking a peaceful and tranquil lake. Lovely place for relaxing and taking things easy. Within a short drive of lovely Falmouth which has a great selection of shops, places to eat and beaches. The place was warm and snug (we visited in January) and was very comfortable. Very simple and stylish it had everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped and although small had enough space for us to cook a decent meal. Super place, would definitely recommend. Would ideally suit a family of four as the mezzanine bedroom was very suitable for children (although not young children as ladder quite steep). We were five adults so was quite snug but as a family we like being close to each other. There was a beautiful lake walk, a lodge and laundry facilites . All in all a very special place. We would definitely return. Thank you Selina and Jason. we had an amazing time. You are great hosts.”

What guests say: “Snatch this place up if you see it available! Incredible stay. The Old Fish Cellar is up there with the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. It’s clean, quiet, calm, cozy and extremely well decorated, and had everything we needed for a few days on the Cornish coast. Camilla’s instructions were so clear and helpful. The place was spotlesslesy clean, and ambience was so cozy and warm especially when coming in from the crisp sea breeze. The small touches like milk for tea and coffee, fresh scones, jam and clotted cream were much appreciated. And much appreciation for the bottle of prosecco, made it so special! Underfloor heating in the bathroom, best shower ive had in ages, comfy large and luxurious bed. Smack bang in the centre of Mousehole, round the corner from pub, restaurants and shops. Such a great little town perfectly located to venture to nearby towns and sites, then come back and relax. FYI definitley park in public carpark, fairly good price. Much easier to walk from car with luggage its super close, rather than try to drive up the narrow one way lane to drop bags.”
